Default key's for eurovoxpvr 5000

Hi folks, I'm new to this game and was wondering if eny of you can help. My m8 got a new eurovox pvr5000. He is not getting all the chanels, I think he needs to re-enter the key's. Can anyone tell me how to do this as its not the same as the eurovox max v.

You dont enter keys, you flash it with 1.1a firmware.
