Channels loading slow even thou cable to dbox...help!

Ok so,

A friend of mine flashed my Sagum Dbox2 with Blade yesterday, He setup it up at his house & worked perfectly. However, when I tried to set it up at my house, the channels, while eventually picked up, were all stuttering really badly - refreshing picture every 30-40 secs. Friend who did the original set-up isn't available at the moment, so need any help I can get!

on the stuttery channels press red/blue if snr is below 55000 prob a signal prob,,,,is the connection after a split? make sure all connection are good.
