Default best basic box for the Irish noob?

i live in the galway area of ireland. i am looking for a box that has the following:
1- tv guide/listings
2- a usb slot so i can add a hard drive later,
3- two tuners so i can watch more then one channel at a time if possible
4- costs less then 150 euro/110 pound.
5- easy to "fix" or "patch".

so far the kryptview arnet or the eurovox seem to be the closest i can find. keep in mind it has to work with n;tl (cable), anyone any suggestions of what box to get or where to get them. i was leaning towards the kryptview but when looking up iwantabox. com they said the only one that will work in ireland is the box T because of something called mmds.

oh and it will be used on a 42 inch high def tv so picture quility is paramount.

im also looking for the same type of thing to work on sk;y (dish), is that possible. both would be handy

sorry for asking stupid noob questions but i dont know were else to go.
