bought a product off them and now i cant access there site strange

I seen it had a database error yesterday, maybe its down for maintenance. Wouldnt worry too much as they are fine regards delivery.

Sorry don't have the number to hand. But as suspected the site is now showing "under maintenance" so hopefully back soon. You can then get the number and give them a call to verify.
