Start a new post stating your area asking for anyone with a working sly sports 1 & 3 to post the frequency. Then follow this.

Switch to the channel you want to adjust.
Press the epg button twice.
Make a note of the frequency.
Then ,menu ,installation, user installation.
Scroll to the frequency you wrote down.
Press green channel edit button.
Press blue modify
Now scroll down to freq and change to the number you want then ok to save.

Try my cdf file from here this should work as I'm not far from you.

Sly 1 & 3 are on frequency 731.000mhz

still aint working though smoggy i tried both of your .cdf files and still i have some scrambled channels and the frequency is 731.000mhz on my sky sports channels but still scrambled thanks for the help.

when you have these channels selected press the remote info button twice and see what the strength and quality of the signal is

its 70% m8 all my other channels are between 75% and 80%

I would say 70% is too low try switching signal booster on and double check your cable connections etc.
