DVB shipment

I've been waiting almost a week for dvbshop to ship something that was listed as 'in stock' when i ordered it - how long do they normally take to ship stuff and are they reliable?

They haven't responded to my emails when i've asked them the question and their site says 24-48 hours in busy periods

Which dvbshop was it (there are a few) and what was it? you can normally track the delivery progress.

it is actually dvbshop.net - they still haven't shipped it yet and it's been a week, rubbish service really and they don't respond to emails either

ok this is the third time i've posted a reply, hopefully it will actually appear this time!

i ordered 2x Technotrend c1501 cards from www.dvbshop.net and they still haven't shipped them a week later and don't respond to my emails either

Used them once and they were ok, know plenty of people who have used them with no problems, must be a language problem with your emails, did you use pay pal? they email you with a receipt.

finally got a reply to my emails!

turns out the delay in replying was due to a German holiday (must have been a long one!) they said they think something must have gone wrong in their warehouse which is why my order hasn't been shipped, and they've upgraded it to DHL express and are posting it today
