hi can ne offer a solution to a couple of my sport channels ( m.u.t.v ,setanta 2) the picture is in front of the sound i was wondering if changing the frequency manually would help but wanted to check before messing around with things

when mine does this I just switch the box off for 10 seconds and switch back on

hi sorry i was a lil vague there , yer ive jus got a new lcd t.v and using a cheap bog standard scart would i need a diferent type of scart ?
