Eurovox setup help Eurovox black max v

Hi all,

Ive got a eurovox max v 2008 ive had the screen updated so that its now blue instead of the orginal colour. I used to live in wolverhampton on a virgin box and now i moved to darlington (county durham/north east england). Tired plugging in my box but said no signal. im using an old cable box (the box on the wall the digital coaxil cable comes out off)(says ntl - not virgin) Not sure wether this box is active. Ive since put a cable in it and tried to view the channel on the eurovox and no avail. when i try and search for channels on 6887 factory reset powerscan it shows good levels and quality and some bad levels and bad quality.

can anyone help. I have not go any channels.

Ensure cable feed is in "RF IN"
Turn on the box and press menu
Press the right button to highlight CONFIG.
Use the down arrow to highlight CLEAR DATA.
Press OK and when asked for PIN enter 1004.(Or 0000)
Use the down button to highlight FACTORY DEFAULT and press OK on the remote control.
Select 1 for V**** /T******t or 2 for V*****/N** and press OK twice.
Press the right arrow to select FULL SCAN and press OK on the remote control.
Wait until all channels have been founds,can take a while.
