Default channel 4 help

yo mates,got portable satellite system and all ok but i cant get channel 4,i can get the rest like film4,more4,e4.i am using astra 28.2,and tried it with portable dish also tried with sky dish,everything else but chan 4,be gentle with replies im totaly new to sats.........mike

On 10.729V, 22000, 5/6, Channel 4 is tagged as 8350 as it's used for the freesat platform

There also have been recently added regions of Ch4 on 10.714h too tagged as 92xx
