dreambox 500c not every channel available

hi
i have dreambox 500c (cable) and am trying to get channels that the dreambox doesnt pick up automatically on service scan ie setanta 1
now this channel picks up fine on dbox so i have tried backing up dbox xml converting neutrino to enigma with bouqet wizard and reloading channel list onto dreambox with no joy at all

have converted and when i reload there no channels showing!! ---" no data for this service availlable"
as anyone got step by step guide how to do?? or an easier way to get setanta 1 or any other missing channels on my dreambox

prob a clone dreambox u have mate,,get urself a booster 7.99 from asda, will get those missing channels m8

no its not a clone box and i have tried a booster still no joy
do you know how to manually input

well i used both dw2.1 and neutrino,,,,dw2.1 is gr8 but i'm use to neutrinos with the dbox i used my dbox service and bouquet files no probs

Just an update on this .. if anyone else has any troubles

i got my channels back by using another dreambox (it must have had stronger tuner) scanned for channels
hey presto they re all there
so used dreambox edit and uploaded channels
then downloaded channels onto my original box

fullly functional

just another note
when scanning for channels use a short lead from cable feed into house .....without any splitters in line

i know people have said these things over an over ..believe in it ........dont go down the route of transferring files etc from dbox etc to find missing channels, would have saved me a lot of wasted time an efort

The Dreambox 500c is crap for scanning....
It picks up every channel except the adult packages.
I scanned and only got "the adult channel" and "tvx"

Im not too bothered about porn but my girlfriend is. She keeps tell to get it fixed!
