Eurovox Red - spares or repairs?

Can anyone help please?

My remote stopped working so I bought another one off ebay but that didn't work either. I've checked them both with my phone camera and both seem fine .

I've updated the firmware in my box but still no joy so it must be the remote sensor in the box itself. Its annoying enough to have to change channels manually but now I've lost a few channels and cannot scan without the remote working

Does anyone repair these or have an old one anywhere so I can replace the remote board

Any help would be appreciated, cheers

have a look at the legs on the sensor in the box to make sure theyve not come away as they can be prone to this

Thanks for the response but where does the sensor live?

Is it on the pcb in the front of the box?
