Default Thinking of buying Starview3

Hi folks,

I look after cable for a family member and the pace box we had been using has given up. Thinking of buying a box.

How does the Starview 3 fair against the competition? I have seen it for £57 in the google ads above the forum, is this a good price. Does it cope well with key changes etc.

Thanks for any help.

Sounds like an awesome price considering i paid £79 for mine. Cant comment on the competition yet, but it seems to be working swell so far.

Im torn between a starview 3 and a bdox2, any1 shed any light on which is better or is it personal preference (i know starviews are upto £70 than dbox's so are they worth the extra cash?)
Sorry if it hijacked the thread

Lets face it, at 80 quid it pays for itself within a couple of months, especially as the premiership is just 11 days away. Just the occasional reboot every couple of days, tends to be when I'm watching voyager on bravo, but I can live with this when I consider what I'm getting.

The box super/starview 3 is the best box ive ever bought, after software is uploaded onto it - scanning for channels is so fast and straight forward, i paid £85 for mine but its the best £85 ive ever spent. Ive had 2 Eurovox max 2008/black box and they have failed me with pic break up and total glitching they were a nightmare so decided to try the starview 3 and im so glad i did, to the person that started this post i would say go for it mate you wont look back seriously. Hope you make the correct choice. laters
