Default TV card question

Hello, I am in the process of building my first HTPC. I have been looking around for peoples experience of different TV cards and stumbled upon this great forum. I am looking for some general advice really. At present I have both Sky Freeview and Virgin Basic pacage (main use: children's on demand progs). Is there a combined DVB-S and DVB-C card out there? How good are the multiple tuner cards like blackgold 6in1 card wirh multiple DVB-s/t and analogue? Thanks in advance for any help.
