Default Audio Problems

First of all, Apologies to MODS if this counts as a repeat post (r.e
No sound on LFC TV channel)

The problem I have isn't restricted to LFC TV channel afterall...

OK, basically, when I tune into the LFC TV channel, there's no audio. Sometimes, during matches, there's stadium audio but no commentary, and if there's a commercial or analysis then there's total silence.

Now, with other channels, some of the sky movie channels, the default audio seems to be aimed for blind viewers (i.e. you get descriptive commentary on certain scenes).

Is there a way to restore audio to the LFC channel, and to remove the auxilliary audio from the movie channel?

thanks!!!
