After formatting did you go into the menu and alter the configuration options so that Emaulators and N2 AU were ON?
Do not load any keys'bin files as these have been known to cause problems.
Try formatting the Cam again, loading 127 or 128 and use your Cas 3 to adjust the configuration options.
After exiting the Diablo software click on the Utilities tab and Common Interface Host, you can use this option to set Emulators to On, N2 AU to ON and Emulators options to 1 Emu 2 Card.
Then try it in your receiver.

i have just reloaded 128 and have set config through the cas3 just about to try again is there conax channel or digi tv program you recomend i should try

Try TCM Nordic on Canal Digital, that's a strong signal and usually opens fairly quickly, 11309 V 24500 7/8
Any channel on Digi TV should do, try AXN Sci Fi 11785 H 28000 5/6, if you see the smartcard message saying keys are expired you know it's working, leave it for 5-10 minutes for the keys to update, once updated the channels open quicker.

If Premiere is working then the Cam is working.
Try deleting the channels that aren't working and re-scanning them.
Have you tried Polsat 13E and DigitAlb 16E?

Also try removing and re-inserting your cam as it often sticks when changing channels, particularly when switching between different encryptions and providers.
Also try rebooting your receiver.

Hi, i have Underworld 128 on my diablo 2.3, but cant get the premiere channels on 19e to open, can someone tell me the configurations settings that i should have on my cam.

Providing you have not loaded a modified keys.bin file, as some of these have been causing problems, then you need to go into the Cams menu, Configuration options and change Emulators to ON and N2 AU to ON.
When you tune to a channel like Premier 1, you should then get the smartcard message "Keys are expired".
Leave it for a few minutes and it should Auto Update.
The latest Underworld file is 129 which includes Free X.
