Wonder if anyone can help please...
Have the PVR The box connect it all works fine (most of the time) except when the time has been set to record.. for example Watching Sky Movies Timer set to come on 8pm ITV 8PM Box changes chaneel to ITV and in top left flashed between REC and a time counter, after 20 seconds this disappears but channel stays on ITV Turn over to Sky movies and either no picture and it keeps "searching", no channel at all or the sound and pictures are totally out of sync What am I doing wrong please!!!!

I have one of these boxes too, and the problem is sort of similar, but on mine if I change channels I can watch the extra channel, but when playing the recording back later it will nearly always lose the recording, i.e. stop playing at the point where I changed channels.
Through reading lots of posts I have a feeling it is do with the signal being weakened when 2 channels are being used by the box - watching 1 and recording the 2nd. I have yet to buy a signal booster from Maplins because of time and not really knowing which to get, but if you are able to try one, and it works, then please do reply!! Andy |

Someone may be along shortly to correct me, but i believe that although it has 2 tuners, you can only watch programs on the same frequency as the program you are recording. So Sky Movies probably isnt on the same frequency as ITV. Is this the only channel that doesnt work or have you tried others?
