Hi All,
Put in my new Eurovox Max V 2008 last night by firstly taking out the modem cable from the white box and connecting the Eurovox direct.. after the full scan everything was perfect. Then I wanted to get the broadband working too, so I took out the silver box Virgin had put inside the white box and put in a 2 way splitter I bought from ebay for a few quid, now the broadband seems ok but the Eurovox after another scan does not find as many channels and the signal strength seems lower than it was when connected direct. After reading around the forum it seems pretty obvious this is a problem with the splitter (anyone disagree?). Can anyone recommend a replacement I should go for to try and resolve this? Thanks, David. |
