just tryed all that but to still no avail when it scans it still says failed but thanks for your help

have you let the box complete the scan?? alway to the end? i know its normal on a starview to fail on quite a few transponders but every now and then it picks a good one up and you do end up with all the channels at the end

And have you got the cable in the Cable In RF socket at the back of the box?
