Help with unlocked n*l card

A noob here with prob a v stupid question, but did my reading and got me a usb infinity unlimited card reader a chipped box and matching card, but movies have gone off, tryed to read card and after alot of playing with settings got this, sports still work fine just movies off.

ive got a chipped pace ntl box and recently my card went so i brought an infinity usb phoenix programmer and want to chip the card myself. i havent got the bk or ird numbers, as the card is chipped already is there a way of reading it off the card already? i have read the card and come up with the files which i saved but i cannot manage to see whats in the files. i am using nagraedit and chaosv3. can anyone help?

m8 u will need the bk & ird to make another card! you should b able to see them in nagra if the card will read in there ! what model box is it !

im no expert bit it looks to me like it isent opening/reading the card still, , it might need unlooping / some1 else will put u right m8, . im still bit of a novice..good luck

use mrom to reset (not repair) this will give you the ird. write it down.
use xncs to read (tick command priority bug) you nead to read 2 or 3 times to get dataspace to dump.
you will get bk from fat editor, ird will be zeroed so use mrom first.
close xncs open nagra then using comms tab load a3e_b09 dc2 file and run.
card will be reset and ready to be rewriten to, note the new bd3 you will need to enter this to access the card.

Use xncs rom studio to find b/d key then enter it in 4.1.

I still cant open the card, I have got the IRD and Box Key numbers extracted from the card (Mrom etc) and when I put the numbers when it prompts for the Providers ID in XNCS, then it says: Access violation at address 0048E4FF in module XNCS1.8.exe... (I have also tried 5401, 5A01 etc).
I forgot to mention that I am trying to programme the card with CAS3+ programmer... can it programme the card? I am using both the rs232 and usb cable ... attached to the programmer. The programmer is running in Phoenix mode 3.579 MHz. The card I have got is NTL (Nagra) so it is MOSC but reprogrammed previously so I assumed it should work. The card belongs to a friend and just trying to save him a few quids... I haven't got any cable at my house!!!

Any help would be really appreciated please!!!!!!!!!!

this seems to be a different one from the above. SO either something has happened to the card, I might have messed-up something or may be its damaged now, but I can still retrieve the IRD and Box Key through the other software... what could be the possible cause!!!
