it literally means talkback. when it is cut, it means that virgin media cannot "talkback" and hit the card with a false bk. i dont know about a v+ but it should be the same principle. do you know how to cut talkback on v+ mate?

Its best not to cut t/b on a V+ use a reverse path noise blocker instead, you can get problems if you cut it, like it keep rebooting or updating.
