Smile Splitting Virgin Media Connection

I'm looking to split my Virgin Media connection between 2 DBoxes and a Cable Modem. I was wondering what is the best way to do this (without losing too much signal strength on the DBoxes) and what the best splitter would be?

Cheers.

Hi , The best way is to use a 3 way splitter that virgin would use ..if you cannot get one then go to satellite dealer such as technomate and get a satellite 3 way splitter..dont bother trying to use amplifiers of any kind .wont work and return path on the modem will fail.if after going thru a 3 way splitter signal comes up low then you need to be put on a higher signal tap in the "little green box" at end of your street.Hope This Helps mate.

How do you get the higher signal rate/tap, can we do it or do you gotta be an NTL geek to do it?
