Buying a Eurovox Max EX5000 PVR
Can some one please tell me how to make this Eurovox to have all the channels and all of that I am kinda a newbie so please dont be mean and give me a USEFUL TUT not a link to something that goes on about somthing random.

Re: Buying a Eurovox Max EX5000 PVR
Download tcb.cc which is a toolbar that sits in your internet Browser. Go to Files > Eurovox and select a firmware version and download the file. You will need a serial cable (usually supplied). Plug one end into your computer and the other into your box. DO NOT plug your cable feed in yet. Extract and run the firmware you just downloaded. Press the Download or Run button and some messages will appear on your box front. When it hits 100% turn off the box and connect cable feed. Do a full scan and u should be mostly there. There may be a menu you have to go to enable emulation but you will have to search this forum for that yourself.

Try this first, your box should have the latest s/w on it,
Press menu Then installation Fast install Enter 0000 Then press ok It will now scan for all channels, will take about 20 mins.
