Default service unknown

can ne1 help me i have been steadily losing channels and they say service unknown can ne1 help me?

Have you tried updating your channels,menu/fast install/advanced options/autosort off then exit not ok/then update channels/ now it should rescan all your frequencies without messing up the order and any new found channels will be located at the end on the list,this takes about 10-20 mins.

trying to update channels, after selecting menu i can't find the fast install option, where do i find this?? after the search, what are the chances off losing channels??

Click on menu,then on Installation and fast install is at the top in capital letters ....

The chances of occasionally losing channels is always there for all of us for various reasons,it shouldnt be a big problem unless you are losing them every day ....
