Could someone point me in the right direction to get one that works on NTL, my signal hovers between 66 and 71 and I lose channels sometimes.

I keeo losing channels, the hallmark channel has gone, all it says is no signel, scrammeld, the free to air chans work fine, any adivce?

Disconnect the box from power, leave for 15/20 min then power the box back up...what software are you using !!

The latest software, I've got the channels back for now but the signal seems low to me, around 69%.

Depending on your area Signal gain around 69% to 75% is about average with the Arnet, mine sits at 68%
