Most of the channels do not work, any ideas why?

hmmm re done the exteep...by loading old one into toxic and saving it agen. also reloaded the flash.

im getting a few more movie channels etc bt still not getting a lot of them.

also i get the "your card does not apear to be in. without it you wont be able to see all of the channels......." message everytime i flick through a channel....this message is displayed even if the channel is working and i have to press "ok" on the remote to get rid of it.

any ideas why this i? cheers

Try the chaos fix flash by sunrise for your area , its on the tcb toolbar, change the cam id in toxic if you still have a problem.

hmmm my cam ID was just 0 0 0 0 .

im thinking of making an extep from scratch. i am aware that i can make it using toxic, but what file do i load into toxic?....the chaos flash, or my inteep?

or can i simply put my IRD and BK into toxic, and if so how do i get these and make sure they are correct?

in toxic enter camid start with 24 for pure, 27 for cw and 2C for tw then make the rest up, enter ird straight and bk, leaves keys out, name as exteep use swapbinhex to convert to exteep.hex this goes in the ext. eeprom, use the chaos flash rename it to flash this is ur flash, and leave the inteep out.

Read card and save exteep,use atmega and fun bk+ird reader from downloads to obtain details, then do as ouzi said.

ok the message doesnt appear anymore but i still dont get some channels....i get a few sky movie channels but not all of the, and i dont get any of the sky sports channels. is this normal?

Give it a day or so to see if it improves, its not normal you can have the odd couple missing but they usually appear after a while, have you set your frequency in eng menu ? it usually sets to default but not always the correct one.

hmmm what should it be? im not sure what it is now.

also just to make sure i programmed the card right...this is what i did...

i loaded my original extp into toxic so it gave bk and IRd, i made up the CAM id by following what ouzi said....and i deleted the keys...then reprogrammed it and used swapbinhex to convert to hex...then uploaded it.


i used the flash from the toolbar....now did i do anything wrong?:S

also can you please tell me what frequency i should set...im on pure btw
