Default no transponder to scan

can any 1 help me and tell me what it means when it says no transponder to scan on the eurovox max red thanks

are you doing a "update channels" or "auto scan"?
if so try a full powerscan

thanks mate but ive try that if i do an auto scan thats when it say no transponder to scan and if i do a power scan they is nothing at all no channels

Are you scanning the right symbol rate for your area? Are you using 6.887 or 6.952... swap it around ie if you are using 6.887 try 6.952 or vice versa

I'm not sure but do you have the 8% signal fix firmware on? Released 28/04/2008

the 8% is your problem... try a reflash or as stated above, the firmware with 8% fix

cheers danny did wot u said with the swappin of the numbers and got my channels bk but signal is really weak picture is really crap lol

Try it direct to the incoming signal - remove all splitters etc see what its like
