Hi i'm new to all this i have a Eurovox max V box and had it for about 6 months. I downloaded the last update to it then got the 8% signal problem i then downloaded the fix for that but i seem to still have the same problem i'm in the Sutton (Surrey) area. Thanks in advance for your help.

Yeah as i have been watching my Virgin box cause i can't get the Eurovox to work.

Have you tried the other symbol rate? If its on 6.952 change it to 6.887 or vice versa

Hi have you tried a full power scan as my box did this a few day's ago and it turned out that vm had changed the freq on some of the channels but not all. did a full power scan all sorted out working fine post a bit more info see if we can help before you write it off.

It's not knackered as i tried it at friends house in a different area and it worked. I'll try the symbol rate change and a full power scan tonight.

Can anyone help me with this as it is really annoying i'm missing the football lol. I have tried changing the symbol rate and a full power scan but i still seem to be getting the 8% problem any help would be very much appreciated.

Is your coax cable in the correct socket in back of box?

It's in the antenna socket.
