noob needs help
hey guys im all new to this and have a few questons and need a little help.
just got my eurovox ex5000 pvr 2day, do i need a hard drive to get the channels ?. i downloaded the files from cablebox.*******.com did what was instructed. when i try to install the channels nothing happens. when i try to manual install it says no transponder to scan.
can anyone help.

Moved the lost boy out of the satellite section.__________________
