A couple of the channels were freezing so i Decided to do a power scan (Normal scan), after i had done this none of the channels are coming up (apart from the free channels i.e. bbc1 etc)- WHAT HAVE I DONE?????? I did another power scan with the same result!!! What am i doing wrong??? How do i search for all the channels again????

Hi,

I've done another powerscan freq from 100-870 with SR 6.952 and it is picking up no channels. I don't know what else to do. Any help would be much much appreciated.

Tommy - I'm a total newbie. But have you deleted your channels first before doing a power scan?

IF YOU CAN BACKUP (to your PC) your existing channels first.

back up your cdf file if you can before doing the following:

Ensure cable feed is in "RF IN"
Turn on the box and press menu
Press the right button to highlight CONFIG.
Use the down arrow to highlight CLEAR DATA.
Press OK and when asked for PIN enter 1004.(Or 0000)
Use the down button to highlight FACTORY DEFAULT and press OK on the remote control.
Select 1 for V**** /T******t or 2 for V*****/N** and press OK twice.
Press the right arrow to select FULL SCAN and press OK on the remote control.
Wait until all channels have been founds, can take a while
