Default Seem to have lost some channels

Apparently I have lost 2 branches of channels. Every other channel works correctly apart from ones on these frequencies(499,000mhz and 515,000mhz).

This has caused me to lose channels such as Sky sports extra, Sky prem1 and +1, disney channels and ITV and Channel 4.

I have flashed using the latest firmware and it has been working fine for a few months until recently so I know that isnt a problem.

Just to note we have more than 1 eurovox in the house and when i plug my box into the other room it gets those channels fine but the box out there doesnt receive the same channels in my room, so Im pretty stumped.

Anyone got any ideas as to why this could have just gone overnight and any way to fix?

if it is getting the channels in one room but not the other it can only be your signal strength
check all your connections
when on those channels press the remote info button twice to see signal strength and quality

Yes neither box gets those channels in my room, however both work perfectly in the other room.

I just dont understand why its only those 2 "branches" of channels which wont work.

just checked the normal cable box and the channels aren't working either, so it must be a problem their end.

see if turning signal booster on cures it, remember when you turn it on you have to turn power off then back on for settings to change
