scrambled channels

Hi
I have not long had my eurovox ex500 everything seemed to be fine until i got home from work today and tried to put the disney channels on for my son but they just come up with the words SCRAMBLED CHANNEL in the middle of the screen it is also the same problem on ss1.As the channels were all fine earlier in the day i do not have a clue what is wrong can anybody help please?

there is a national issue with partial loss of channels (although OK here in north east)

it seems all my channels have come back oh well! thanks anyway
