heya i cant go in2 the main menu because its asking for a password but it wont accept the parental control password does ny1 know how i can get in2 the main menu thanks

Presuming its a Starview of some sort, try 1668.

1668 is the master code anyway so no mater what you do that will work

1668 will work for all you need. But if you want to change pin to your preference do so in menu and then parental control.
