Question Re: safe mode

Any chance there's a virus on your pc preventing it booting up in safe mode? Just a thought....

the msconfig.exe resides in the windows system 32 folder
in windows explorer go to C:Windows/system 32 and in that folder there should be a file msconfig.exe
double click it to execute it and it should open the system configuration box, unless something is sadly amiss
