Default Please help

Hey guys

New to all this - recived my dish and receiver today - my receiver is a
Technomate 6800 HD and my Dish a 80 cm motorised Diseq 1.2.

So I ve installed it all today - but somthing is wrong - first of I ve placed my dish in the same position that sky used my my sky dish.

When i go into my Sat setup in my receiver menu it says my Level is 90% and the quality is 2% .

I phoned a arial company today and they want to charge me £175 too install it - he's comeing tomorrow todo a survey - Want try too fix it before he comes - Dont want to pay him that amount

Any tips welcome

Basically, the most important step is get the pole vertical.
