I got one of these boxes and my parents watch a few greek stations, channels like canal plux are locked.

Now what will the darkman patch (which i cant find anyway even A L S AT) do?

will it open the NOVA package?

Also is it possible to put it back to how it was incase i **** up the flash?

The patches for the Technomate are now done by Magic and you can find them on alsat.
Have a read through a few of the guides in the Technomate section:

Especially Patching Your Technomate 1000 Series:
Patching your Technomate 1000 series
The principles are the same even if a new person is producing the patches.
The patch will not currently open Nova for that you will either have to subscribe or get a Gamma card.

The patch tells you what it will currently open, the latest version will give you Premiere, 19E, Polsat, 13E and Digi TV 1W along with a few other channles.
Premiere and Digi TV carry a lot of channels dedicated to sport film and general entertainment.
Check out lyngsat for full channel information.

So theres different patches for different packages?

Is there anyway to get more greek channels and saturday games if possible.

No, it's one patch that opens the channels that are currently available. You always load the latest patch.
This patch will provide you with lots of Premiership football, and other football games, check out the liveonsat web site for a list of games and the channels they are being shown on.

Will i lose the current greek channels we have?

btw there is no motor on the dish.

Not if the Greek channels are FTA, can you please tell us more concerning your satellite equipment, Diah size and the satellites you can receive.

Just post some of the details of the channels you are viewing:
Channel Name
Frequency
Polarity
S/R
e.g.
Polsat 2
11158
V
27500

If you just have the name and frequency, of a few channels that should provide us with enough information to work out what satellite you are on.
