i have downloaded patch to box using latest available patch have tried to go to prima tv on astra 3a still getting message scrambled channel ,do i need to go to certain channel to let it update keys or should it open straight away,or is there someting else i should do on remote CHEERS

This is what the patch currently opens. as was already answered in another thread you started.

TPS 13E
Premiere 19E (AU)
Polsat 13E (AU)
Digi tv 1W (AU)
ORF 19E (AU)
Multicanal 30W

Have you also downloaded and installed the latest softcam as well?

does the softcam download straight to receiver CHEERS

You upload it to the receiver using the loader you used to install the patch.
