Scanning problem with Blade Quad.

What files have you copied to the image - I have copied the entire 'keys' folder from my working image. Andromeda image.

Did you reboot or reload channel lists after transferring services and bouquets - I copied the services and bouquets files from my working image.

Did you chmod 755 any files transferred to var/bin/emu ??? No, i dont a chmod on the root of keys only. Also, i thought it was 555 not 755. I'll do this on the directory you have given me and change what i done 'chmod on keys' back to normal.

You don't need to chmod 755 keys.............only newly transferred EMUs.

After you transfer your working services and bouquets to var/tuxbox/config/zapit you must either pull the plug out of the wall and let your box boot up or use remote and press dbox>service>reload channel lists.

The only files you should have transferred were your services and bouquets..........all the other files are already in the image......I'm assuming you flashed the AU version.

I thought to auto update i have to alter my keylist.txt? Is there a version which does this automatically then?

The 'latest' Blade Quad image is ready to go straight off the bat mate, it has the files preloaded so you don't need to update anything and all you need to add is your services and bouquets.

If you are updating your keylist.txt file then this is not the box Auto Updating........this is manual updating !!!!!!

Reflash with an up to date image............go to the Private FTA page and follow the links.

Thanks mate. I did have the Blad Quad but when this image was loaded it didnt find any transponders.. But then i dont really need to do a scan if i'm copying my services and bouquets over do i?
