Is the key emu on? Press menu and type 1570 on remote to check it.

So if I do the factory reset I will have to redo my channel list as there may be new channels found?

Thanks satsmo, went into the secret menu, checked the keys and instead of nthell, telepest there was omni, polsat and some others. Key emu was on so i pressed "set default key" and telepest and the others came up!?
Thanks for the reply anyway its good to be pointed in the right direction
