Default Access denied with working MAC

Hi guys. I have flashed modem, changed ethernet mac as well as usb mac. Because I wasn't sure if mac that I used is working I tried my own one from subbed modem and even with that one I can't get connected. It allways shows network access denied. I have ambit 250 with infinity software on it. Any ideas what I've done wrong? I'm in East London area.

I would be happy to have registration page, but I am not even getting that one. What I've noticed that the frequency isn't getting locked, it's for all the time trying different once and can't lock itself

All sorted. Basicaly the problem was ds frequency, which wouldn't lock. The reason behind that was one point which I wasn't aware of. When you're changing ds freq. via web gui, you need to save changes under hyperterminal.
