In the last two days I have lost quite a few channels that run on four different frequences,by a few I mean about 20 and to me thats a lot ...wondering if anyone else around the Wolverhampton/Walsall area is experiencing the same problem ? I have done manual scans for the frequencies and also a channels update but without any luck so far..so far I havent done a power scan ...the frequencies are hovering around the 7/12 % when I go through them,on screen its saying no signal or searching for signal ...luckily for me I have the Sports channels and movie channels as normal, its mainly all the discovery channels etc that have gone and I like watching those too...all the channels are OK on the set top box that is working perfectly ....

save your cdf file and do a fresh powerscan as they might of swopped a few TPs around.i had to do a fresh powerscan a couple of weeks ago cause they changed the transponder/frequencey of santanta 2,bravo in manchester.
if you find the new TPs just manually add them to your existing cdf then theres no need to rearrange all channels |

From what I have read, the cable companies often change the transponder (TP) frequencies, so the only way to get the channels on those frequencies back is to do a scan. |

I have had this problem since I got a new computer. I just noticed that the channels come back when my computer is turned off but as soon as the computer comes on i lose like 2 branches of channels(sky premier, setanta2, itv and ch4 etc).
I take it there is some sort of interference from my computer so nothing much i can do. |
