Default how do i ???

how can i burn (avi movie e.t.c.) to dvd as data that will play on most home dvd players?(so i can get 2 or 3 movies on one dvd.

I'd go for vso ConvertXtodvd. You can put 2 (typically) .avi films onto 1 dvd with a simple menu on there too. Winavi does similar but vso ConvertXtodvd is my preference.
