just bought a V+ box plugged in and it says "updating do not unplug"
It does not seem to go further than this has anyone any ideas how to get this box up and running. It is the correct box for my area and has a paired card. HELP

no it just keeps rolling the channel numbers continuosly

as the tb was prob not cut its had a kill hit??

Sounds like it's in an update loop-are you sure the NetID was correct? Try getting into e/menu without cable feed in to check

as afcwomble says in an update loop re do the net id to be sure its correct mate ... never seen a kill hit . either paired or not .

I have tried to get up the eng menu but it wont go in. It as said before just rolls channel numbers & screen says updating do not unplug. Is there any way round this?

No cable feed in and hold up/down buttons. If it starts scrollong keep pressing power button to reset and try a few times-it should eventually go to boot then diag

I have now changed frequency to correct one. How do i disable talkback? as i hear they can zap the box when online.
