when i power on computer scans disks every time. then goes to welcom screen then walpaper. then i get this message in a box drwtsn32.exe application error. the application failed to initialize properly ( 0cx0000142) click ok to terminate the application. try to press alt ctrl del to get up task manager no joy the other message just keeps popping up. cant get start menu or notting any help would be great thanks. my pc is packard bell windows xp servic pack 2.
