premiere portals

hi all, I have a technomate 5300+usb on hotbird 13e + astra19e, I am new to this and have looked at the forums but still need help. I have been on lyngsat and checked the premiere listings for astra and have got all the films but no sport, have rescanned my box but still don't pick up the sport. Could you tell me how to find these and how the portals work, I have also seen different data that you can load onto the box, can you tell me what this is and how it works.


any help that would be great

go to premiere sports channel, press bookmark button on remote, small box appears choose what you want and press ok. same for premiere direct for films.

thanks for the advice, I have been on lyngsat and checked the frequency for premiere sports and cannot get the channels. Have done a rescan and still not picking up the channels for me to go on and use the bookmark button.

You won't get the sports channels until you access the Premier Sports Portal. In other words press the bookmark when you are on the sports portal.

This didn't work for me until I did a PID search, a blind scan did not pickup the channels so even though the option came when pressed bookmark, if I selected one of the choices nothing happened.
