How to a do a scan to find new channels without losing my channel order i have now so i dont have to move all the channelsabout again, im using the ex5000 PVR?

U might leave channel order but u wont lose favourites order...

thats what i dont want to loose, i dont use the favs just the channel listing. Is there anyway of doing a scan without loosing my channel list?

nope...Best thing is to copy CDF to PC and then do scan and then add new channels to old CDF...!!

lost boy - can I ask how you add new channels to old CDF? I spent ages sorting my channels to be in the same order as VM, saved the CDF and downloaded it to my box, only to realise that when I've deleted all the crap shopping channels, I've also deleted Vi*gin 1 and +1....doh! So I'd love to be able to somehow add those 2 into my existing CDF file.

Any ideas?!!
