Unhappy "0 Program Found" error in StarView3 THE BOX Super

Date : 4th September 2008

Hi. I just received my StarView3 TheBox Super. But I'm confused as how to set it up. I'm having the following thing.

Cable Provider : Virg*nMedia (connected to Cable Input of SV3 Box)
DVB Box : Starview THE BOX Super
API ver : 7.09e_E ( I upgraded it via GTLoader from 7.08, but still same problem)
Boot ver : 8.0
17.June.2008

Now, when I go to INSTALLATION, and select CABLE NETWORK -> NTL
and then I select AUTOMATIC SCAN

then it shows some 28 FAILED DVB-C Scan processes and in the end "0 program found"

All the cables are connected fine, but I dunno what's wrong. And the Booklet Manual doesn't help much with this problem.

Would appreciate someone who can help me sort this problem out! TQ!

Are you sure you are in an Ex N** area, have you tried scanning on other providers, i.e. Telepest or C&*?

I am living in North of London and am having VM connection. Shouldn't I be selecting NTL as CABLE Netowrk?

As said try other providers. A channel dump is a file containing channels and frequencies. If you know someone with a CDF from a Super in your area you could use it.

Press menu, type 1570 on remote and turn key emu on. Put it on Sly Sports and let it update. Also do as Smoggy said and edit your other post please.
