no picture with magic eye

Hi guys I have a problem I have fitted a magic eye in the bedroom in a new lcd tv and I am getting a perfect picture via the Digital tuner and the Analogue tuner but no picture from the sky the magic eye is working perfect it changes the channel over perfect down stairs its just not picking up the picture,the tv is a Acoustic Solutions - LCD26761HDF from argos.its got me stumped!

Have you tuned the TV into the sky box?

you will need to retune the analouge tuner in your tv, make sure your sky box is on a sky channel or the sky guide so you can spot it once tuned. again, your sky will not be tuned in on "digital"tv, switch your tv into analouge tv mode
if the pic is poor once tuned, u may need to change to output channel of the sky box as u may be picking up interfierence
