hi my brother has a motorola modem ,the cream colour one,he wants it unlocking,what would i use to unlock it and what cable would i need,thanks

is it motorola sb4100?

it should say more about the modem on the front of it where the lights are.

Dead easy, use the netboot application, or if the firmware is locked use the UIU tools
