I can confirm that Truman 1.4.01 is clearing Premiere and Polsat - both au.

well loaded the new truman 14.01 but still the same when i hit info it says on one line " 22k off version 14.01.01emu" does this mean Au is off?? any thoughts greatly appreciated.

The 22k is used for switching between high and low band and should not require any manual setting. In the installation menu on 19.2e it may be 'greyed out'.

Have you tried keying 9339 while on premiere (or any channel). This should turn on emulation - it may be switched off. Also while on this menu check that card share is set to 'none'

It's a bit of a mystery but I manually entered the keys and it now works, well i'm still testing as it's lost two sets of keys already!, the lettering on the remote doesn't line up with whats on the screen so will reload the software and hopefully that will sort it out as i can't reorganise the channels at the moment, thanks all for your help it was much appreciated.
