Hey everyone.

I've been in the cable scene for quite a few years now.

I've got an ambit 255 which I used to play about with some time ago until vm began their attacks with the updated bootloader, causing the box to lose the 'p' option.

I've come accross this forum several times in the past and have decided to revive the ambit 255 and restore the bootloader.

I've got the tools and instructions for the console unloker exploit which I will be carrying out shortly. However I require guidance to what I should do next. I've searched the forum but I am receiving information left right and centre and don't know which method to choose.

My ambit 255 is using the original firmware and I am ex c&w.
